1. Product Overview

The hanger bolt features a dual-thread design. The lower anchoring thread is used for fixing into the roof supporting structure, while the upper metric thread provides an adjustable connection point for solar mounting components such as L feet, adapter plates, mounting brackets, and photovoltaic rails.

An EPDM sealing washer is installed at the roof penetration point to provide reliable waterproof sealing and help protect the roof structure from rainwater and moisture.

The standard hanger bolt is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term durability for outdoor photovoltaic applications. SUS316 stainless steel is also available for projects requiring enhanced corrosion resistance.

5. Product Function

7. Installation Method
