    The Chudu Metal Stainless Steel Solar PV Double Adjustable Tile Roof Hook is designed for photovoltaic mounting systems installed on pitched tile roofs where greater installation flexibility is required.

    Compared with a standard fixed tile roof hook, the double adjustable structure provides additional positioning and height adjustment, allowing installers to adapt the hook to different tile profiles, roof structures, rafter positions, and solar mounting rail heights.

    The hook consists of a multi-hole base plate, adjustable connecting sections, a formed hook arm, and an elongated upper rail connection slot. During installation, the base plate is securely fixed to the roof rafter or timber supporting structure, while the adjustable sections allow the hook position to be optimized before final tightening.

    The standard version is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term outdoor durability.     The Double Adjustable Solar PV Tile Roof Hook provides an adjustable structural connection between the pitched tile roof and the aluminum solar mounting rail.

    The base plate is fixed to the roof rafter or timber beam using suitable structural screws. The intermediate adjustable connection allows the hook arm to be repositioned according to the roof tile and supporting structure.

    The formed hook arm passes beneath the tile overlap and extends above the roof surface. The solar mounting rail is then attached to the elongated upper slot using a matching bolt and rail nut.
