Open-Top Ground Screw

The upper section of the ground screw is manufactured as an open steel tube without a flange plate.

After the ground screw is installed into the soil, a compatible solar mounting post or support tube can be inserted into the top opening.

The post is then mechanically secured using side bolts, set screws, or another connection method specified by the project design.

The top opening diameter, connection hole quantity, hole diameter, and hole position can be customized according to the matching solar mounting post.

The lower part of the ground screw features a continuous helical profile designed for mechanical installation into the ground.

During installation, rotational force drives the screw pile into the soil while the helical section helps the pile penetrate and engage with the surrounding ground.

The helical blade diameter, pitch, number of turns, helical section length, and pile tip structure can be adjusted according to different project specifications.
